Man Charged In Texas Office Building Shooting Was Ex-City Attorney
The 60-year-old man who was charged Tuesday in connection with a shooting at a north Dallas office building that left two men injured is a former Dallas city attorney.

DALLAS (March 9, 2010--A 60-year-old former Dallas city attorney was charged Tuesday with aggravated assault in a shooting Monday inside a financial business that left a father and son injured, Dallas police said.
Robert Mustard was charged while he remained in a hospital intensive care unit Tuesday after shooting himself in the head.
Family members told The Dallas Morning News Tuesday that Mustard is "declining in health."
Police said Mustard, who worked for the city in the 1980s, shot Richard Smith, 66, four times in the legs and Smith’s son, Christopher, 39, in the head and neck Monday.
He then shot himself.
Both of the Smiths were stable condition Tuesday.
Authorities believe Mustard was upset with the Smiths over financial dealings.
The shootings occurred on the third floor of a 15-story north Dallas office building.
Employees and customers at a bank in the building took refuge in the vault Monday.

What I think is funny about this is: He was an ex Dallas City Attorney. Now to be that you have to be liberal as all get out! So yet again, a LIBERAL (who by deffinition is anti-gun) is running around shooting people...AGAIN! Just goes to show you, being liberal is a mental desease. They PROJECT their inner anger at others. The PROJECT their fears and phobias at others. They hate gun owners and claim that owning a gun will make you a murderer. Then the poor poor innocent liberal gets a gun and starts killing people. Meanwhile, yesterday, 100 MILLION GUN OWNERS DIDN'T HARM OR SHOOT ANYONE. Yet liberals are against 100 million innocent people owning the guns.....like I said, being antigun and liberal is a mental illness. By the way, when is Obama's Dept. of Homeland Security going to revise the memo from April last year where they claimed conservatives were a danger of terrorism and random killings? They would have been right to warn the cops to watch the liberals out there instead! Ha!
Austin, you are right. We are living in very stressful and difficult times. While the economy has some on edge, but the problem in America goes deeper than just the nation's economy. America needs to turn from our arrogant and wicked way and seek the face of God for healing in our land.
