WACO (July 22, 2010)-Charles Wayne Pierson, of Temple, will spend the next five years in federal prison after he pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography.

Pierson was sentenced to 60 months incarceration, five years supervised release, a $5,000 fine and a $100 special assessment by Federal District Judge Walter Smith.
