MARSHALL (December 10, 2012)—Eric Alexander Mills, 25, of Marshall, was jailed Monday, charged with capital murder in a shooting during a robbery that left one Domino's Pizza store worker dead and a second injured.

Marshall police detective Sonya Johnson said Mills was arrested Saturday after people at a McDonald's restaurant near the pizza shop were shown a surveillance video and identified Mills as a man who was there charging his telephone.

She said phone tips to police also helped focus the investigation on Mills.

He's charged in the night shooting that killed Raymond Gomez, 21, a shift manager at the Domino's and wounded the store manager, Lottie Langer, 28, who was hospitalized in stable condition.
