HOUSTON (September 28, 2012)—Harold “Scooby” Brown, 31, was in custody Friday in Houston, charged with capital murder in a shooting that killed three people and wounded three others after a dance floor argument at a club.
Brown was arrested Thursday, police said, but further details were not immediately available from jail or criminal court officials.
Police say the incident began early Sept. 2 inside Club ICU when two women were dancing and one evidently bumped another.
The dispute then moved into the parking lot where a fight broke out.
Gilbert Kibble, Curtis Stewart and Felipe Castillo were shot to death.
Three women suffered injuries that were not life threatening.
