FROSTBURG, Md. (April 30, 2014) A 23-year-old graduate student from Texas died after another student found her at the base of a flight of stairs in a classroom building at Frostburg State University in Maryland.

She-Ra White of Wichita Falls reported that she felt light-headed and was having difficulty breathing after the other student found her on Tuesday in the school's Guild Center, university spokeswoman Liz Medcalf said.

She died later at a hospital,

The Combined County Criminal Investigation Unit for Allegany County, Md., told university officials late Wednesday that White suffered from a blood clot that moved to her lungs, causing her to become lightheaded, which led to her falling, Medcalf said.
