MERIDIAN (June 24, 2013)-A medical examiner has ruled the May 4 death of a Bosque County Jail inmate was a suicide.

The Tarrant County Medical Examiner issued the autopsy report Monday that showed the hanging death of April Troyn, 36, resulted in asphyxiation and was self-inflicted.

Bosque County District Attorney B.J. Sheppard released the autopsy report on Monday.

Troyn was arrested a few days before jail guards found her body on May 4.

She was charged with endangering a child, jail records showed.
