Rusty Garrett here with the weekend outlook: Bright, blue skies and breezy winds out of the south will keep Saturday and Sunday pleasantly warm in the 70s!
Baylor’s McLane Stadium announced that the stadium will be outfitted with technology to allow fans to access video replays, stats, and other information from their mobile devices throughout the game.
The 'Baylor In-Game' App will give fans at McLane Stadium immediate access to replays, additional camera angles, stats, and information about the teams.
In order to give the tens of thousands of fans access to the app, McLane Stadium will be outfitted with a Wi-Fi Network, installed by Extreme Networks, and an AT&T distributed antenna system.
See the above video from YinzCam, the app's developer, to preview some of the features the In-Game app will provide. The App is available now through the iTunes and Android app stores, but some features, such as the ability to watch video replays, will only be available to fans in the stadium on game day.
News 10’s Ke’Sha Lopez will have more on the technology being launched with Baylor’s McLane Stadium on News 10 tonight.
