MARQUEZ (September 1, 2012) - A father and his son, 14, on Lake Limestone are lucky to be alive after the boat they were on capsized Saturday evening.

According to the Groesbeck VFD, a little before 6 p.m. the first call for a capsized boat was called into the Westlake VFD.

The boat capsized near Running Branch Marina in Robertson County.

The teen was quickly picked-up by a nearby jet skier and taken to shore.

Less than fifteen minutes later his father was found, and the pair was reunited.

Neither son nor father was wearing a life jacket and neither sought medical treatment.
