ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK, Colo. (February 6, 2013)--A body that two people snowshoeing in Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado found may be that of a missing Texas man, park officials said.

The body was found against a tree in a thick timbered area, about 100 feet off of a summer hiking trail.

Larimer County coroner's officials were performing an autopsy to confirm whether the body is that of Troy Green, 39, of San Antonio, who was in Colorado to attend a conference.

His wife called Denver police after she didn't hear from him last Thursday.

On Friday, park rangers found Green's rental car at the Bear Lake parking lot of the park about 65 miles northwest of Denver.
