The first 25 customers in line at the Freebirds grand opening in Waco will receive free burritos for a year...which has got many central texans fighting for spots.

People camped outside Freebirds restaurant in Waco before grand opening.

WACO (September 9th, 2012)-- How far would you go for a burrito? The first 25 customers in line for the Freebirds Grand Opening in Waco on Monday will be awarded one free burrito a week for an entire year.

Many central Texans are already camping out in the parking lot of the restaurant located at 120 North New Road for their chance to win.

"I don't normally camp out like this but it is Freebirds," burrito lover Jeff Keith said.

Some have been camping out in the parking lot since Friday night. One man even drove in from Austin to get his chance at the opportunity.

"I drove in from Hutto, just outside of Austin, and I think it's worth it. It's good quality food," Dusty Jolly said.

Freebirds officially opens for business at 11 a.m. Monday morning 09/10/2012.
