KILLEEN (October 2, 2012)--A Killeen man has posted bond and been released from the Bell County Jail after he was arrested and charged with sexual assault of a child.

Killeen police arrested Timothy Colt Castleberry, 29, on a warrant after a witness saw inappropriate pictures of a young girl on a cell phone.

The photographs were found on Sept. 13.

An arrest affidavit signed by Bell County Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke says police were able to identify the young girl and in an interview she said she was sexually assaulted several times beginning in the spring of 2012.

The affidavit says at least one of the assaults was by force.

Cooke set Castleberry's bond at $100,000, which he posted on Monday.
