BELTON (December 2, 2013) A Salado woman died Sunday evening after a crash on a rural Bell County roadway.

Brianne Nicole Pratt, 20, of Salado, was taken by ambulance to Scott & White Hospital where she later died, a news release Monday from the Belton Police Department said.

The three-vehicle accident happened at around 6:15 p.m. Sunday in the 1900 block of FM 1670 after a southbound Dodge pickup truck crossed the centerline and struck the northbound Dodge Stratus that Pratt was driving.

The pickup also struck a northbound Mercury Grand Marquis, Belton police investigators said.

No information about the driver of the second car was released Monday.

The driver of the Dodge truck, Michael Alexander Soto, 24, of Temple, was arrested and charged with driving with an invalid license.

Soto, who shows an address in Rogers, was ordered held in lieu of $2,500 bond, online jail records showed.

Additional charges were pending Monday, the news release said.
