Crash On Way To Graduation Practice Leaves 3 Texas Teens Injured

DALLAS (May 30, 2014) Three Dallas high school seniors who were headed to a graduation rehearsal were seriously hurt when their car crashed and Friday one of the victims was in critical condition.

The other two were in fair condition Friday.

The three are students at Dallas' Lassiter Early College High School.

Their car was speeding and swerving in and out of traffic Thursday when the driver lost control while trying to pass a truck, police and witnesses said.

The car hit a curb, spun and then slammed into a light pole.

Their graduation ceremony is Saturday.

Students at the school can graduate with at least 60 college credits.
