HOUSTON (November 27, 2011)--A customer who was eating at a Denny's restaurant in Houston pulled out his gun as two men attempted to rob the business and a shootout ensued.
No one was hurt.
The incident happened shortly before 6 a.m. Saturday after the two would-be robbers entered the restaurant, displayed weapons and demanded money.
According to the reports by KTRK and KHOU, the armed diner then pulled out his weapon and the firing began.
Police are investigating.
The would-be robbers are still at large.
