By: Paul J. Gately Email

LIMESTONE COUNTY (July 14, 2012)-- William Kennth Gorman, 59, of Thornton died Saturday morning in a single-vehicle crash on a farm-to-market road south of Groesbeck in Limestone County.

A Department of Public Safety communications officer said Farm-to-Market road 937 wasn’t blocked at the intersection with Limestone County road 739, but said traffic was moving slowly in the area as crews worked to clear the roadway of debris.

The dispatcher said the accident was reported shortly before 10 a.m. Saturday.

It’s not clear whether Gorman was alone in the vehicle.

The DPS trooper at the scene requested a supervisor be dispatched to his location and a justice of the peace was at the scene at about 11 a.m.
