New Information on Will Patterson's Death
SAN ANTONIO (February 12, 2012) -- Family and friends of Baylor Freshman Will Patterson will gather Monday for a memorial service.
The service has been set for 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13 at Woodland Baptist Church, 15315 Huebner Rd. in San Antonio. Visitation will take place at 1 p.m.

Medical examiners in Dallas used dental records Friday to confirm that a body found early Thursday in a burning Cadillac CTS was that of Patterson, 18, of San Antonio.
McLennan County Chief Deputy Randy Plemons confirmed the body’s identity late Friday afternoon, but said the cause of Patterson's death has not yet been determined and that a preliminary autopsy report hasn’t been issued.
The cause of the fire hasn’t been determined.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is assisting in the investigation.
Patterson, a Film and Digital Media major, graduated from Churchill High School in San Antonio.
His brother Evan, 21, is a fifth-year senior at Baylor, according to a former president of the university’s Phi Gamma Delta fraternity chapter of which Evan Patterson is a member and which Will Patterson was pledging this semester.
