WACO (June 9, 2014) Two women, a man and a juvenile were in custody Monday, all charged in connection with a robbery at a Waco H-E-B store on Sunday afternoon.

Curtis Gene Mackey, 34, June Lapria Norton, 33, and Deaundra Lasshay Rivers, 27, all were ordered held in the McLennan County Jail on bonds totaling $60,000 each, charged with aggravated robbery and engaging in organized criminal activity.

A juvenile, who was not identified, was held in the Bill Logue Juvenile Detention Center charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said.

Swanton said three adults and a juvenile were suspects in a shoplifting incident at the H-E-B store on South Valley Mills Drive.

Waco police officers were sent at about 3:20 p.m. Sunday after store employees reported the theft.

Swanton said store employees and customers chased the four out of the store and across the parking lot, where at least one of the suspects threatened a customer.

The suspects told the employees and the customers who were chasing them that he would shoot them, but no one ever actually saw a weapon, Swanton said.

As the suspects were trying to leave the parking lot, the driver of their vehicle crashed into a customer's vehicle when the customer tried to block them in and prevent them from leaving.

Employees at the store reported the suspects took more than $2,500 worth of merchandise out of the store.

Swanton said Waco investigators believe the four were involved in other shoplifting incident at the H-E-B in Belton and the one on Hewitt Drive in Woodway.
