EL PASO (January 22, 2013)--A fourth man is headed to prison for his role in a drug-related kidnapping and killing in 2009 in which the victim was shot and his hands cut off.

Cesar Pineda, 23, must serve 20 years in federal prison.

He pleaded guilty to conspiring to kidnap, kill or maim in a foreign country.

Sergio Saucedo was snatched from outside his Horizon City home in what investigators say involved a botched drug deal.

His body was dumped in nearby Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
