SAN ANTONIO (November 7, 2012)--Police were looking Wednesday for a gunman who opened fire outside of a home in San Antonio, wounding a 3-year-old girl who was inside the house and then killing a man who was outside.
San Antonio police say the gunfire early Wednesday may have been a gang-related attack after an earlier dispute, but further details weren't immediately released on the initial incident.
Police say Jaylyn Vasquez was in a bedroom when someone outside began shooting and a bullet grazed her left wrist.
Authorities say Joe Richard Santos, 30, was shot to death outside the home in a confrontation with the gunman.
Police are investigating whether the two victims were related.
