SAN ANTONIO (April 13, 2014) Maintenance workers have discovered human remains near SeaWorld San Antonio, police said.
The SeaWorld workers found the remains Friday in a wooded area south of the park.
Investigators say the remains have been there so long, it's unclear who they belong to or what happened.
San Antonio police Sgt. Javier Salazar says the remains could have been there for several months or even as long as a year.
An autopsy will be performed as medical examiners attempt to establish the cause of death and the person’s identity.
