I-35 Rollover Sends One Man To Local Hospital

WEST (January 4, 2013)—One man was taken to a local hospital Friday morning after a rollover accident along Interstate 35 near West.

A Department of Public Safety dispatcher told News 10 the accident was reported at around 9:25 a.m. Friday in the median between the southbound service road and the main lanes of Interstate 35 at mile marker 351.

The trooper at the scene said a pickup overturned in the median and came to rest on its top after the driver lost control of the vehicle.

Jeffrey Lettig, 52, of Hillsboro, was taken to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco.
