Injuries Reported After Major Fire At Texas Apartment Complex

IRVING (December 4, 2012)—A fire at an apartment complex overnight in Irving left at least two people slightly hurt and destroyed more than 20 units.

Investigators are trying to determine what sparked Monday night's fire at the Arbors of Las Colinas in Irving.

On Tuesday crews were working to demolish the burned-out remains.

Officials say at least two people were treated for smoke inhalation.

Irving police did not immediately provide information Tuesday on whether any officers or other emergency responders also required medical attention.

American Red Cross officials are helping the more than 50 displaced residents.
