Brady Taylor here with the weekend outlook: Sunshine and seasonably warm temperatures are expected through the weekend. Highs on both Saturday and Sunday will likely make it into the mid-to-upper 90s!
WASHINGTON (November 5, 2011)—It’s time to reclaim that hour of sleep you lost last spring as Daylight Saving Time comes to an end at 2 a.m. Sunday.
Across most of the country, clocks will be set back one hour Saturday night, except in Hawaii, most of Arizona and some U.S. territories that don’t observe the time change.
Firefighters say it’s also time to replace batteries in smoke detectors and to replace detectors that are more than 10 years old.
Daylight Saving time returns the second Sunday in March.
