KILLEEN (December 9, 2013) Police are looking for Orvin Scott Lee III, 28, who’s named in a warrant charging intoxication manslaughter in connection with a deadly rollover in June near Fort Hood’s main gate.

The accident happened just after 2 a.m. on June 4 on westbound U.S. Highway 190 at the cloverleaf, which leads into post at the main gate.

Bell County Justice of the Peace Bill Cooke pronounced Jeremy Alexander Chapman, 27, of Killeen, dead at the scene.

Lee, whom police identified as the driver of the 2000 Lexus, was taken to Scott & White Hospital in Temple with broken bones and internal injuries.

Authorities said the vehicle was traveling on U.S. 190 at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control and the Lexus hit a guardrail and overturned.

A half pound of marijuana was recovered after the crash, authorities said Monday.

He’s 5-foot-11, weighs 150 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes, authorities said.

He’s also wanted for a parole violation, police said.
