TEMPLE (February 8, 2013)--John Kevin Sancedio, 17, of Temple was in the Bell County Jail Friday charged with aggravated sexual assault in connection with an incident in August 2012 in which a girl younger than 14 reported that she was raped as she slept after drinking alcohol at a party.
Sancedio’s bond was set at $25,000.
The girl told Temple police a boy who was also at the party told her he had sex with her after she fell asleep at the party, an arrest affidavit said.
The boy later told police he didn’t know the girl was younger than 14, the affidavit said.
