Local Woman Charged With Sexual Assault; Alleged Victim Is 14

KILLEEN (June 20, 2012)--A Killeen woman was in the Bell County Jail Wednesday, charged with sexual assault in an alleged incident involving a 14-year-old boy.

Ashley Rae Ortega, 26, was ordered held in lieu of $75,000 bond.

Killeen police arrested Ortega Tuesday after the boy’s parents reported the alleged incident.

Police said the boy did not make an outcry and said no force was involved.
