Man Drowns Behind His Home

GROESBECK (September 8, 2012)—Police are investigating the death of a 57-year-old man after his body was pulled from a pond on Saturday.

Authorities discovered Juan Servin in a pond behind his home on Cypress Avenue near the old brick plant.

It is unknown how deep the water is.

Police do not suspect foul play, but Servin’s body was sent to Dallas for autopsy.
