Rusty Garrett here with the weekend outlook: Saturday, rain stays with us, but should taper off by Sunday, the drier of the two days.
KILLEEN (January 17, 2014) A body found Wednesday inside a Killeen apartment has been identified as that of Sean William Schumann, 32, but as yet police have not said how he died.
Killeen police were sent just after 6 p.m. Wednesday to the apartment in the 100 block of West Anderson after a man was reported to be not breathing and unconscious.
One of the man's co-workers told police they were checking on him because they had not heard from him and he hadn't shown up for work.
Inside the man's apartment, police discovered Schumann, who showed sighs of trauma to his head.
He was pronounced dead shortly after 7 p.m. Wednesday.
His body was sent to Dallas for an autopsy.
Detectives are waiting on autopsy results to help determine how the man died.
