DALLAS (August 15, 2013)—A man wanted in connection with the abduction of a woman who was raped by her captors before she was rescued, may be in Texas, the FBI said Thursday.
The woman was kidnapped on June 27 in Panama City Beach, Fla. and was taken across state lines, the FBI said.
The FBI released a sketch of the wanted man Thursday and said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
A second man, Jacobo Feliciano-Francisco, 30, who also goes by the names Uriel Castillo-Ochoa and Kiko, was named in a five-count indictment returned by a federal grand jury in Florida and was arrested on Aug. 12, the FBI said.
He remains in custody.
Authorities are asking anyone with information about the man in the sketch to call the FBI’s Jacksonville, Fla. Field Office at (904) 248-7000.
