WEST (September 5, 2014) Preliminary autopsy results released Friday point toward murder-suicide in the shooting deaths of a McLennan County man and his wife who were found in their rural home along northbound Interstate 35 just south of West.
Deputies found Billy Green, 70, and Bonnie Green, 53, dead in the home on Thursday and recovered a .410 shotgun.
The preliminary report says Bonnie Green had shotgun wounds to the head and trunk and lists the death as a possible suicide, McLennan County Justice of the Peace David Pareya said.

Deputies were sent at around 8 a.m. to the home near the northbound interstate and the first deputies on the scene found the bodies in the same room.
