WACO (May 24, 2012)-A man was indicted Wednesday in a 2003 Waco cold-case murder.
Felix Resendez, 32, was indicted for the New Year's Day 2003 murder of Sammy Sedillio in Waco, who was shot once in the back.
Resendez, who is originally from Pasadena, was arrested April 25 in Houston after the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force tracked him down.
Resendez was brought back to Waco on April 27 and has been held in the McLennan County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bond.
Sedillio's body was found in the 1600 block of West Street in Waco.
