CEDAR PARK (September 1, 2013)—A former Central Texas High School football player charged last month with aggravated sexual assault in an incident involving a 4-year-old boy has been named in a new complaint stemming from an alleged incident involving another 4-year-old.
Gregory Kelley, 18, a high school senior in Leander, remains free on bond.
He was first charged in August after a 4-year-old boy told authorities about two incidents of inappropriate contact at a home daycare in Cedar Park, an arrest warrant said.
Kelley lived in the home from December 2012 to June 2013, the warrant said.
The new complaint, charging indecency with a child, was filed after a second 4-year-old boy at the same daycare came forward.
Kelley's former football coach at Leander, Clint Harper, says the teenager has been "through a number of trials" this past year.
