Off-Duty Texas Police Officer Dies In Car Crash

DALLAS (November 25, 2012)--A Dallas police officer was killed in a car crash in Bexar County while he was off-duty.

Sr. Cpl. Recardo Trejo died Saturday, Dallas police officials said.

He was driving alone at the time.

No other details about the accident were immediately released.

Trejo had worked for the department for 36 years.
