DALLAS (September 1, 2014) Six people died in a single-vehicle crash Sunday night in Dallas.
The six were riding in a speeding Chevrolet Impala when a rear tire hit a curb on a curve and the driver lost control of the car.

Four people died at the scene and two others died later at a hospital.
Alcohol was not a factor in the crash, but speed was, Officer Monica Cordova said.
Cordova saidthe crash occurred Sunday night in a residential area in southeast Dallas.
The victims were two teenage boys, two men and two women ranging in age from 15 to 23.
Authorities earlier said all of the victims were female.
