AUSTIN (March 7, 2013)—Pickup trucks top the Texas Department of Public Safety’s list of the top targets for vehicle thieves in Texas in 2012.

Ford pickups topped the list of the most common targets for thieves followed by Chevrolet and Dodge trucks.
