SAN ANTONIO (December 10, 2013) A man who walked into a San Antonio restaurant, ordered several tacos and then pulled out a sword and refused to pay, has been charged with aggravated robbery.
Adam Kramer, 28, began to pull the sword from its sheath and threatened a waitress at the restaurant on Dec. 2, an arrest warrant affidavit says.
No one was hurt.
Kramer walked out of the restaurant without the food and went to his truck while yelling that he must get free tacos or somebody would die, authorities said.
The waitress locked the door after he drove away, police said.
Kramer was arrested the next day and jailed in lieu of $50,000 bond.
He was not listed on the current Bexar County Jail roster on Tuesday.
