Police Arrest Man In Death Of Texas Game Room Guard, 3 More Sought

HOUSTON (February 27, 2013)—One man was in custody Wednesday and police were looking for three others in the shooting death of a guard during an attempt to rob a game room last summer in Houston.

Jaycee Devonne Scallion, 27, was charged with capital murder in the slaying, police said Wednesday.

Police arrested him on Tuesday.

The guard, Pedro Emilion DePena, 40, was attacked by one of two men who entered the Evergreen Game Room, then dragged into the parking lot and shot.

Investigators believe Scallion was the gunman, police said.

Further details weren't immediately released on the three other suspects being sought.
