Missing Alzheimer's Patient Found

TEMPLE (January 24, 2013) ---Leroy Williams, 77, an Alzheimer’s disease patient reported missing Thursday morning from his home in the 800 block of East Avenue A, turned up Thursday afternoon at a local tire shop, police said.

Williams was reported missing after disappearing from his home at around 9 a.m. Thursday, police said.

Police issued a release asking for the public's help in finding the missing man.

Officers found the missing man at around 3:25 p.m. Thursday, but details about exactly where and how he was found weren't immediately released.
