WACO (July 24, 2014) Erryl Dennis Broadman III was in the McLennan County Jail Thursday afternoon, charged with three counts of burglary of a building after deputies arrested him earlier in the day in connection with burglaries at two local schools, an Elm Mott business and a building in Waco.
Arrest warrants have been issued for a second man, whom authorities identified in a press release Thursday as Charles Shifflet and investigators continued to look for a female suspect as well.
Broadman was charged not only in connection with the school break-ins, but also burglaries at Texas Prestressed Concrete Company in Elm Mott and a building in Waco, authorities said.
Connally ISD police released surveillance images of the three after break-ins, which occurred between 2:30 a.m. and 3:10 a.m. Tuesday at Connally Junior High School and Connally Primary School.
One image shows a male carrying what appears to be a large flat-screen TV down a school hallway.
One male suspect was wearing blue jeans, a black shirt, a baseball cap, and had numerous tattoos.
The other male was wearing a white undershirt and a black shirt, a tan belt, and also had numerous tattoos.
The third suspect was a female who was wearing blue jean shorts, a multi-color bikini top, orange tennis shoes and black glasses.
