HOUSTON (September 11, 2013)—The last of four men wanted in the robbery of a Denny’s restaurant in Houston that left a customer dead and an employee wounded was in custody Wednesday.
Kenya Jackson, 20, turned himself in to authorities Wednesday.
He was charged with capital murder.
On Tuesday police announced the arrest of Leroy Houston, 18.
Corey Hilton, 20, and Mario Hilton, 18 were arrested last weekend and remained in jail Wednesday.
Charges were pending against Houston.
The Hiltons are both charged with capital murder.
The charges stem from the robbery on Aug. 26.
Four men wearing entered the restaurant and robbed the business and customers, one of whom, Robert Placette of Katy was killed as he attempted to shield children.
A worker was wounded, but his injuries weren’t life threatening.
