Police Make Arrest In Deadly Shooting During Texas Poker Game

STAFFORD (August 1, 2014) One man was jailed Friday charged with murder and police were looking for a second suspect after a shooting during a private poker game that left another man dead.

Eric Norris, 25, was held Friday in the Fort Bend County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bond.

He was arrested on Thursday.

The murder charge stems from a shooting on July 17 that left Donald Leonetti, 45, of Missouri City, dead and a second poker player wounded.

Two masked men who were armed with rifles robbed the players during the high-stakes game at a strip mall and fired at least two shots as they stole about $20,000, police said.
