Police Make Arrest In Deadly Texas Motorcycle Clubhouse Shooting

TYLER (November 30, 2012)—Marquel Jermon Scott, 32, of Tyler, was in custody Friday, charged in a shooting at a motorcycle clubhouse that left one man dead and another injured.

Tyler police say Scott is held on murder and aggravated assault charges in lieu of bonds totaling $1.25 million.

Scott, who surrendered Thursday afternoon, is charged in connection with gunfire early Monday at the Hyena clubhouse.

Police say Keeston Dwone Fields of Tyler died at a hospital.

A second man was critically hurt.

Police have not released a possible motive for the shootings.
