BEVERLY HILLS (October 10, 2013)--Waco police and members of the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force arrested a man Thursday wanted in the robbery of a restaurant in September in Beverly Hills.

Johnny Roland Glover, 50, was held in the McLennan County Jail Thursday, charged with aggravated robbery and on a parole violation.

Beverly Hills police, assisted by Waco officers used surveillance video of the robbery to identify a suspect in the holdup, which happened at around 5:20 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Jalisco Restaurant at 1000 South New Road.

In the surveillance video, the robber appears to have a gun under his shirt, but it's not clear whether he was actually armed.

He escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash.

No injuries were reported.
