Police Surround Local Home, Arrest Man Wanted For Kidnapping His Sons

WACO (August 11, 2012)—Officers surrounded a home Saturday morning in a Waco neighborhood and arrested a man wanted for kidnapping his sons from his wife in Minnesota.

Jousha Zackery, 28, was taken into custody without incident at the home in the 2200 block of Skylark Drive.

At last check he is being held in the McLennan County Jail.

The two boys, ages 8, and 5, will be placed in the custody of Child Protective Services, police said.

Officers recovered a handgun from the house that belonged to the wanted man, police said.
