Raid On Rural Home Leads To Four Arrests

CORYELL COUNTY (March 11, 2014) Coryell County deputies served a search warrant early Tuesday morning at a rural home near Moody and arrested four people, Coryell County Sheriff Johnny Burks said.

Burks said deputies searched the home on Coryell County Road 339 for narcotics and other items.

Bobby Goodwin, 54, of Moody, was charged with two counts of manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance over 1 Gram, but Less than 4 Grams.

Brandon Goodwin, 31 of Moody, was charged with possession of a controlled substance over 4 grams, but under 200 grams.

Jason Dowling, 33, of Moody, was charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance over 1 gram, but less than 4 grams.

Mariano Grinie, 34, of Moody, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, over 4 grams, but under 200 grams.

All four were in the Coryell County Jail Tuesday evening.

A K-9 unit from Woodway police assisted in the search Tuesday morning.

The house is just south of State Highway 107, near Moody and just inside the Coryell County line.
