Reward Offered In Search For Central Texas Boy Missing Since August

FRANKLIN (January 23, 2013)—Robertson County Crimes Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward as the search continues for Richard K. Moore, 6, who was last seen in August 2012 in the Franklin area with his non-custodial biological parents Brian Keith Moore, 29, and Madeline McCartney-Moore.

The Moores are named in Robertson County warrants charging interference with child custody.

Madeline Moore’s father, Mike McCartney, could be with them, authorities said.

They could be traveling and staying in a 1987 Dolphin Motor Coach with temporary tags and may frequent state and national parks, authorities said.

It’s possible they’re in the Walker or Montgomery County areas or in Brazos County, authorities said.

Information that leads to the arrest of the Moores could lead to a reward of as much as $1,000.

Tips may be submitted anonymously to Robertson County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-299-0191.
