BELTON (February 4, 2014) Motorists were being advised Tuesday morning to avoid southbound Interstate 35 through Bell County after an 18-wheeler overturned, blocking the highway.
The crash happened just before 7 a.m. Tuesday near Shanklin Road, the Belton Police Department said.
No injuries were reported.
Crews must unload the trailer before the highway can be cleared.
Southbound traffic backed up through Temple, as drivers were directed off the highway and onto the access road.
The highway was cleared by around 11:30 a.m.
