Teenager Drowns In Central Texas Lake

BELL COUNTY (July 22, 2012)- Bryce Alexander Cronk, 19, drowned Saturday on Stillhouse Hollow Lake in Bell County.

He was pronounced dead by a Justice of the Peace just after 7:30 p.m. Saturday.

Cronk recently graduated from Gatesville High School and was going into the Navy.

Witnesses say he was swimming with a friend when he went under water and never came back up.

Bell County Sherriff’s, the Morgan’s Point Dive Team and the Bell County Game Warden started searching for Cronk’s body around 3 p.m.
