PLANO (December 3, 2012)—An elderly Plano man for whom authorities in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma and Louisiana were searching was found safe Monday in Richardson.
Earlier a Silver Alert was issued for Ramon Alarcon, 83, who was last seen just before 10 p.m. Saturday at a home on Mariposa Circle, in Plano.
A news release from the Department of Public Safety said Alarcon, has dementia.
The news release said troopers believed his disappearance posed a threat to his health and safety.
