WACO (December 20, 2010)—Police and firefighters evacuated at least one home Monday morning in South Waco because of a break in a 2-inch natural gas pipeline.

The break was reported at around 8:45 a.m. Monday near the intersection of South 25th Street and Speight Avenue.

Authorities said a City of Waco crew hit the line.

Streets in the immediate area were blocked as an Atmos crew repaired the break.
